About UsIn construction... Brief biographyI was born in México (1969). I have been attracked to spiritual and science subjects for many years. This site was created to collect interesting news and articles around the web. I am from Mexico and have a degree on Mechanical Engineering. I live in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Mexico, right at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico .I have been interested in many subjects for many years. I was raised as a catholic and even spend some time in catholic schools. However, I never was very devoted. I abandoned this religion in my teenage years (1981-84) and submerged in lot of esoteric stuff. However this was very intermittent and not systematic. I began to study the spiritual and esoteric more deeply in the year 2000. I studies occultism, Gnosticism, rosicrucian, Buddhism, shamanism and many other subjects. After several tragic events, including September 11, there was an energetic impulse to create something from it, just to give order to my own spiritual ideas. I decided to create a site about religions and esotericism (september 2001). I studied very carefully the religions included in the site. My intention was to create something as unbiased as possible. At the same time, I was searching for spiritual answers. On the other side, my passion for the esoteric began to evolve into something more spiritual and less magick (2002). About my beliefsI currently believe religions and esotericism could contain some elements of truth. I don’t believe 'all' about any religion. But still believe in the ethical, philosophical and spiritual value of religions.
I believe religion serves a very basic purpose of practical nature. Without it, human species would have perished long ago. This practical side is Morality and Law which regulate our lives and give us some understanding of our behavior and some limitations. Law and morality create and order in our lives. But as anything created by humans, their value can change over time and place. There is no absolute truth about any moral code or law. Therefore there is no absolute truth about any theology or religion. This order and limitations created by morality serve the sole purpose of avoid disorder and anarchy. |
