QUESTIONER: Why does rapid aging occur on this planet?

RA: Rapid aging occurs upon Earth due to an ongoing imbalance of the receptor web complex in the etheric portion of the E field of the planet. The thought-form distortions of your peoples have caused the E streamings to enter the planetary magnetic atmosphere, or web of energy patterns in such a way that the proper streamings are not correctly imbued with the balanced vibrations of light/love from the cosmic level of this octave of existence [from 8D, the Creator or Logos]. {v. I}

QUESTIONER: Was one of your attempts to serve this planet to help the population more fully understand and practice the Law of One, so that this rapid aging could be reduced?

RA: Yes. {v. I}

QUESTIONER: If an entity were perfectly balanced with respect to the Law of One on this planet, would he undergo the aging process?

RA: A perfectly balanced entity would become tired rather than visibly aged. The lessons being learned, the entity would depart. However, this is appropriate and is a form of aging which your peoples do not experience. [For most people on Earth, spiritual] understanding comes slowly, and their physical body decomposes more rapidly. {v. I}

EARTH'S NON-PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS

QUESTIONER: Who inhabits the astral and devachanic planes?

RA: Souls inhabit these various planes due to their vibration and spiritual nature. The astral plane varies from thought-forms in the lower levels to enlightened beings who are dedicated to teaching in the higher astral planes. In the devachanic planes ["heaven worlds"], there are souls whose vibrations are even closer to the pure Creator-energy of love/light.

Beyond these planes there are others. {v. I}

QUESTIONER: Are there seven sub-planes to the physical plane as well?

RA: You are correct, but this is difficult to understand. There are an infinite number of planes. In your particular space/time continuum [3D] , there are seven sub-planes of souls. You will discover the vibrational nature of these seven planes as you experience your daily life, and meet others who express the various levels which correspond to the 7 E centers of the physical body.

The invisible, or inner 3rd density planes are inhabited by souls who do not have the same kind of body as you have -- they do not surround their spirit/mind with a chemical body. Nevertheless, they are also divided in what you may call "an artificial dream within a dream" into various levels. In the upper levels, desire to communicate knowledge back down to the outer plane of [physical] existence becomes less, due to the intensive learning which occurs upon these levels. {v. I}

QUESTIONER: Is it necessary to penetrate one level at a time as we move through these planes?

RA: Some souls penetrate several planes [chakra levels] at one time, while others penetrate them more slowly. Some souls in their eagerness for spiritual growth attempt to penetrate higher planes before they penetrate the energies of the more "fundamental" planes. This causes E imbalance.

You will find that ill health is frequently the result of a subtle mismatch of energies in which some of the higher E levels are being activated by the conscious attempts of the person, while that person has not yet penetrated the lower E centers [chakras] or sub-planes of 3rd density. {v. I}

THE AFTER-DEATH EXPERIENCE

QUESTIONER: Please describe the circumstances of time/space, the life-review and healing process that souls experience after death from physical 3rd density.

RA: The hallmark of time/space [i.e. "inner planes", 3D non-physical dimensions] is the inequity between time and space. In your space/time [physical 3D], the spatial orientation of material causes a tangible framework for the illusion. In time/space, the inequity is upon the shoulders of that property called "time". This property renders entities and experiences intangible in a relative sense [fluid and non-fixed in terms of quality].

According to your understanding of physics, you can say that each particle or core vibration moves at a velocity which approaches the speed of light from the direction of the supra-luminal velocities.

Thus, the time/space or metaphysical experience is very finely tuned and, although an analog of space/time, it is lacking in its tangible characteristics. In these metaphysical planes [astral plane, devachanic realms], there is a great deal of "time" which is used to review and re-review the biases and learnings of a prior space/time incarnation [the "life-review" period after death].

The extreme fluidity of these regions makes it possible for much information to be penetrated which needs to be absorbed before the process of soul-healing can be accomplished. Each entity is located in a somewhat immobile state [of space] -- much as you are now, in space/time, located in a somewhat immobile state in time. The entity has been placed in this immobile space by the form-maker and Higher Self, so that it is in the proper configuration for learning that which it has received [through experience] in the previous space/time incarnation.

Depending upon this time/space locus, there will be certain helpers which assist in this healing process. The process involves seeing in full the lifetime experience, seeing it against the backdrop of the total mind / body / spirit experience [of all lifetimes], forgiving the self for all missteps taken as regards the missed guideposts during the incarnation and, finally, making a careful assessment of the next necessities for learning [future lives]. This is done entirely by Higher Self until an entity has become conscious in space/time [during a physical incarnation] of the process and means of spiritual evolution, at which time the entity will consciously take part in all decisions. {v. III}

HEALING AND LIFE-REVIEW AFTER DEATH

QUESTIONER: Is the healing process in space/time identical with the process in time/space?

RA: The process in space/time of self-forgiveness and acceptance is much like that in time/space, in that the qualities of the process are analogous. However, while in space/time it is not possible to determine the course of events beyond the incarnation but only to correct present imbalances.

In time/space, upon the other hand, it is not possible to correct any unbalanced actions but rather to perceive the imbalances and thusly forgive the self for that which is [i.e. "accepting reality"].

Decisions are then made to set up the possibility of correcting these imbalances [via programmed catalyst and life-experiences] in future space/time experiences ["future lives"].

The advantage of time/space is that of the fluidity of the grand overview. The advantage of space/time is that, working in darkness with a tiny candle, one may correct imbalances. {v. III}

QUESTIONER: Are the healing and life-review processes similar for souls on the negative path?

RA: This is correct. {v. III}

SPIRITUAL POWERS, DISEASE, AND and 4th DENSITY

QUESTIONER: Are the spiritual powers of many people, such as bending metal [i.e. spoons] by mind, related to fact that the basic E vibrations on Earth are now green-ray or 4th density?

RA: This is not only correct, but you can take this concept further. You can also understand that the great number of people who now have mental diseases is also due to the effect of green-ray [4D] energies upon their own mental conditions, as these are souls who are not yet mentally ready to face themselves [in mind/body/spirit] for the first time. {v. II}

QUESTIONER: Are these people with mental diseases those who are on the service-to-self path?

RA: This is incorrect. It is rather those souls who have distracted themselves and failed to prepare for this transition [to 4D], yet who are somewhat susceptible to its influence [somewhat open to heart-chakra activation], who may be affected. {v. II}

WANDERERS AND SPIRITUAL HEALING

QUESTIONER: Why is it that 5th or even 6th density Wanderers may attempt such healing, yet have little or no results? What has the Wanderer lost that he can't do such healing naturally?

RA: You may consider the Wanderer like an infant who is trying to verbalize language. The memory of the ability to communicate is within the infant's undeveloped mind, but the ability to practice or manifest speech is not immediately possible, due to the mind / body / spirit limitations that it has chosen to experience in its current 3D physical form.

It is the same with Wanderers who, remembering the ease with which adjustments can be made in the home density, yet still having entered 3rd density, cannot manifest that memory due to the limitation of the chosen 3D experience. The chances of a Wanderer being able to heal in 3D are only slightly more than those who are native to this density, because the desire to serve may be stronger in the Wanderer, and it may then more likely choose this method of service. {v. III}

QUESTIONER: What about the dual-activated Wanderers with 3rd/4th density bodies now living on Earth, already harvested from other 3D planets? Do they normally have such healing ability?

RA: In many cases this is so, but as beginners of 4D, this desire may not be present. {v. III}

QUESTIONER: So therefore, Wanderers in 3D who seek to learn the techniques of healing should first be concerned with balancing and unblocking their own energy centers?

RA: This is correct. Only in so far as the healer has become balanced may it be a channel for the balancing of an other. Thus healing is first practiced upon the self. {v. III}

WANDERERS AND MAGICAL ABILITY

QUESTIONER: Wanderers in 3D who come from 5th or 6th density should already be of a high degree of adeptness. What kind of path could they follow in 3D to get back to the adeptness that they once had in their native home density?

RA: There are many Wanderers, whom you may call "adepts", who do no conscious work in the present incarnation. This is basically a matter of attention. A person may be able to catch a baseball very well, but if their eye is not turned as the ball is tossed, then it may pass right by them and they won't catch it. If they turned their eyes to the ball, catching it would be easy.

In the case of Wanderers who seek to recapitulate the degree of adeptness which they had acquired in a previous lifetime, you should remember that even after the forgetting process has been penetrated, there is still the yellow-ray activated body which does not respond in the same way as the adept's body of green- or blue-ray activation [i.e. in 4th or 5th density]. Thus, you may see inevitability of frustrations and confusion due to the inherent difficulties of manipulating the finer forces of consciousness through the chemical apparatus of the 3D yellow-ray body. {v. III}

RA's SPIRITUAL PRACTICES IN 6D

QUESTIONER: Could you describe the rituals or techniques that RA uses to grow and serve?

RA: To speak of the conditions of awareness in which 6D social memory complexes labor in order to advance is nearly impossible, for much is lost in transmission of concept from density to density, and the discussion of 6th density life is inevitably distorted greatly.

However, we shall attempt to answer your question since it allows us to express once again the total unity of creation. We seek the Creator upon a level of shared experience to which you are not privy, and rather than surrounding ourselves in light we have become light. Our understanding is that there is no other material except light. Our rituals are an infinitely subtle continuation of the balancing processes which you are now beginning to experience.

We seek now without polarity. Thus we do not invoke any power from without, for our search has become internalized as we become light/love and love/light. These are the balances we seek, the balances between compassion and wisdom, which more and more allow our understanding of all experience to be informed, so that we may come closer to the unity with the One Creator which we so joyfully seek.

Your own rituals at your level of progress [in 3D, still] contain the concept of polarization, and this is most central at your particular dimensional level. {v. III}

THE VALUE OF 3D INCARNATION

QUESTIONER: Why must souls come into 3D physical form, become veiled and lose conscious memory of their spiritual desires, and only then seek to make spiritual growth?

RA: Let us give an example of a man who sees all the poker hands. He then knows the game. It is but child's play to gamble, for it is no risk: the other hands are known. The possibilities are known and the hand will be played correctly but with no interest.

In time/space [3D inner planes] and in the true color green density [4D+], the hands of all are open to the eye. Their thoughts, feelings, troubles, all these may be seen. There is no deception and no desire for deception. Thus, much may be accomplished in harmony but the soul gains little polarity from this interaction. [With no confusion or veil to pierce, there is no spiritual challenge]

Let us re-examine this metaphor and multiply it into the longest poker game you can imagine: a lifetime. The cards are love, dislike, limitation, unhappiness, pleasure, etc. [forms of life-catalyst]. They are dealt and re-dealt and re-dealt continuously. You may, during this incarnation begin -- and we stress begin --to know your own cards. You may begin to find the love within you. You may begin to balance your pleasure, your limitations, etc. However, your only indication of the cards of others is to look into their eyes [their mind/body/spirit process is veiled from direct perception].

You cannot remember your hand, their hands, perhaps even the rules of this game. This game can only be won by those who lose their cards in the melting influence of love, can only be won by those who lay their pleasures, their limitations, their all upon the table face up and say inwardly: "All, all of you players, each other-self, whatever your hand, I love you."

This is the game: to know, to accept, to forgive, to balance, and to open the self in love. This cannot be done without the forgetting [the veiled condition of physical incarnation, 3D space/time], for it would carry no weight in the life of the total Self [if there was no challenge to loving]. {v.
